Your browser needs to be set to accept all cookies. The system uses cookies to keep track of who you are. If you do not accept them, you will be challenged for your password every time you attempt to access information. To change your cookie settings in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options" The Internet Options menu box will open. Click on the "Security" tab and select "Custom Level" Scroll down the list of options until you find "cookies" Once you have enabled the cookie options, click OK to exit the Security Settings menu and again to exit the Internet Options menu.
